Nusa Dua is among Bali's 5 web sites benefiting from the largest coral restoration initiatives in the world (as of 2021): the Indonesian Coral Reef Backyard garden (ICRG) intends to set up completely just under one million structural units. The challenge is funded because of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Ministry, to the tune of $7.5 million.
